We're The Tech Empyrean — a software studio based in Gujarat. We started in 2015 with three people and an uncomfortable question: why does so much modern software feel careless? Still thinking about it. Still answering it with the work.

These terms govern your use of The Tech Empyrean's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
The Tech Empyrean provides software development, design, consulting, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are documented in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal, which — once signed — becomes part of this agreement.
On full payment of all project fees, you ("the Client") own all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced specifically for your project. We retain the right to:
Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, libraries) remain governed by their own licences.
You agree to:
Each SOW includes a defined scope and revision allowance. Work outside the scope — new features, redesigns, or additional pages — is quoted separately and added via a Change Request.
We warrant our work against defects for 30 days post-launch. Bugs in delivered code are fixed at no charge during this period. Beyond 30 days, support is available under a separate maintenance retainer.
Our total liability for any claim under this agreement is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. You remain liable for work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable expenses. See our Refund Policy for additional detail.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mehsana, Gujarat.

We want every client to feel genuinely good about the work we deliver. This policy explains how refunds work at The Tech Empyrean.
Project deposits (typically 40–50% of total fee) secure your slot in our production schedule and cover initial research, discovery, and planning work. Deposits are non-refundable once discovery work has begun — usually within 3 business days of signing the SOW.
For fixed-scope projects with milestone payments, each milestone payment is refundable up to the point the work for that milestone has begun. Once a milestone is in active development, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Monthly retainers (for maintenance, support, or ongoing work) are billed in advance. Unused hours do not roll over. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice; fees paid for the current month are non-refundable but service continues until the month's end.
If you cancel a project mid-way, you are charged for:
Any remaining balance is refunded within 10 business days.
In the rare event we need to terminate an engagement — due to unforeseen circumstances, scope impossibility, or serious breach of agreement — we will refund any fees paid for work not yet delivered, in full, within 7 business days.
If you're unhappy with the work delivered, tell us. We'll do what we can to make it right — revisions, alternative approaches, or, in cases we can't resolve, a good-faith partial refund. We handle these case-by-case and with transparency.
